It is a well-known fact that there is strength in numbers! When you exercise with a partner or in groups, the benefits are many and the results are proven. For those of you who prefer that teamwork, we have our “Get It Together” program. Ten (10) one-hour sessions at a time designed to get you, your family and your friends fit. This program is limited to groups of 2-4 people, but that is all we need to get results and ‘get it together’!
